January 2025 and beyond- Nintendo Switch to check out and use at the TPL library. Sign out at Circulation Desk. Teens grades 6-12, one hour time limits.
January 6th, 5PM-5:45PM. Manga & Makes Bring your current manga read to share with the group and create a manga inspired craft. January’s make will be candy sushi. This group will meet on the first Monday of the month from 5:00PM-5:45PM, grades 6-12 (middle/high schoolers). All snacks and crafting supplies will be provided.
January 11th, 2PM-3PM. Level Up Video Games! Teens grades 6-12. Bring your friends to play Nintendo Switch games on TPL’s big screen! Choose from a variety of multiplayer games and enjoy some snacks. First eight players start with elimination rotations.
January 24th, 4PM-5:30PM Pokemon Club. Kickoff the weekend at TPL with Pokemon Club. Calling all Pokemon players grades 6-12. Join TPL Pokemon fans for a Pokemon craft, Pokemon Power Pack snack bag and time to play Pokémon with friends. Bring cards and any Pokemon books to share.
January 25th, 10AM-10:45AM. Snack & Craft (Teens) New Saturday Series! Teens bring your creativity to make paper art. January’s craft will be origami jumping snakes to celebrate the 2025 Chinese New Year. Snakes are known for wisdom, elegance, and transformation. Teatime snacks, tea and hot chocolate will be provided along with paper art supplies. Teens Grades 6-12. Last Saturday of the month from 10AM-10:45AM.
January 29th, 4-5:30PM. Justice League Knitters. Join teens grades 6-12 to knit high visibility, orange neck warmers for Midcoast Humane Society dogs. All supplies included. TPL Knitters and Pam Mott will be offering Wednesday support in between meets. Contact Lindsey for additional information.
